Instructions

Spinach

Step 1
Remove the stem from the spinach and dice the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion. Fry for about 1,5-2min until translucent.
Step 3
Add the spinach and fry until it has shrunk in size completely.
Step 4
Then add the ricotta and seasoning and fry for 1-2 more minutes.

Chicken

Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the chicken and season with half the seasoning. Fry for about 3min then flip.
Step 6
Add the rest of the seasoning and put on a lid. Fry for another 3min.
Step 7
Slice the chicken.

Wrap

Step 8
Top the front center of the wrap with the creamy spinach and chicken slices.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
