Ingredients
3 servings
2chicken breasts
or 4-5 chicken fillets
1 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
EVOO
1white onion
large
1 tablespoontomato paste
or more
10cherry tomatoes
50 milliliterswater
cooking, pasta water
150 gramsmacaroni
or your preferred pasta type
150 milliliterscooking cream
0.5 blockmozzarella cheese
or as much as you like taking into account calories
oregano
With spices
fine salt
black pepper
To your taste
0.5juice of lemon
Instructions
Step 1
* Cook the pasta and reserve some cooking water.
Step 2
* Season the chicken fillets with your preferred spices and half of the lemon juice. Set the chicken aside once it's well cooked.
Step 3
* In the same pan, add the onion and let it brown slightly.
Step 4
* Add the tomato paste, cooking cream, cooking water, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, spices, and pepper.
Step 5
* Add the pasta and mix well. Finally, crown your dish with the chicken fillets.
