White cheddar mac n cheese (IP)
White cheddar mac n cheese in the instant pot. You can use any cheese you like, I recommend adding slowly and tasting in between as cheese brands vary in sharpness. I use bouillon and water but you can use broth if you prefer.

Step 1
Add water, butter, bouillon, macaroni and spices to instant pot. Set to high pressure for 5 minutes then natural release. Melt in cream cheese then add milk. Add in cheddar 1/2 cup at a time and mix, tasting after 1 cup as cheese sharpness varies by brand. If using a milder cheese you may want to add more.
