Crunchy French toast

Take a frying pan and add about 50ml of oil then cook the oil on the stove on a medium level. Meanwhile crack 2 eggs in a plate and add salt then start mixing until the colour turns yellow. Take 2 slices of bread and soak it in the eggs boths side but don't soak in too much then put it in the pan. Switch the sides of the bread every 2 minutes. Then when it turns a dark yellow it means it is finished.
