4portobello mushrooms
4 slicesred onion
4 slicestomato
4slices provolone cheese
4green leaf lettuce leaves

Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
Spray cold grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°).
Step 2
Place mushrooms and onion slices on grill rack; brush half of vinaigrette over mushrooms.
Step 3
Grill vegetables, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing mushrooms with remaining vinaigrette when turned.
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and basil; set aside.
Step 5
To serve, place 1 mushroom on bottom half of each roll. Top with provolone cheese, grilled onion slices, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves.
Step 6
Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on each remaining roll half; place top of bun on lettuce. Serve immediately.
