Instructions
Step 1
Remove the stem from the bell pepper.
Step 2
Place the bell pepper on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degree grill station for about 20-30 min until the skin becomes dark.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the bell pepper and slice it.
Step 4
Chop the almonds and mince the parsley.
Step 5
Spread the bottom of the rice cracker with hummus.
Step 6
Sprinkle on the almonds and parsley.
Step 7
Top it with the bell pepper and season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Place the other rice cracker on top and enjoy!
