Step 1
1. Add the mixed berries to the bottom of a mason jar.
Step 2
2. In a separate bowl and add plant-based milk, protein powder of your choice, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix them together using an immersion blender until no lumps are visible
Step 3
3. Add old-fashioned rolled oats, and chia seeds into the bowl. Stir and mix everything together well.
Step 4
4. Transfer the mixture into the mason jars on top of the berries, and store it in the fridge overnight ( at least 6 hours). You can serve this the next day with toppings
you like such as toasted coconut, seeds, or nuts.
