Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 190°C
Topping

Whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

Add diced butter and rub butter into the mixture
Step 4
Refrigerate while preparing filling
Rhubarb filling
Step 5
Chopped the rhubarb
Step 6
Mix together all of the ingredients
Step 7
Pour the rhubarb filling into a 23 x 23cm buttered baking dish
Step 8
Sprinkle the topping into crumbles over the rhubarb
Step 9
Bake at 190°C for 25 to 30minutes
Step 10
Serve with vanilla ice cream 🍨
