Instructions

Step 1
Cook the potatoes with salt

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the chicken
Step 3
Cut the chicken horizontal
Step 4
Add the salt and pepper on both sides

Beat the eggs in the bowl, in the other bowl put some flour and I the third bowl put some breadcrumbs.

Take each chicken filet and dive entirely in all as follows: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs

Fry prepared chicken
Step 8
After you finish frying the chicken, put in the bowl the sour cream and sliced cucumber. Add the salt and pepper. Mix together. And it's done.
