Instructions

Step 1
Place the fish fillet on a baking tray on plenty of tin foil
Step 2
Mix together the melted butter and lemon juice and brush over the fish
Step 3
Press the garlic, salt and pepper onto the fish
Step 4
Add vegetables around the fish if using
Step 5
Fold the tin foil up over the fish and then fold the edges to create a parcel, with plenty of space inside
Step 6
Cook the fish as instructed on the packet, and cook any noodles/pasta/rice in the meantime
Step 7
Sprinkle the dill and parsley on top of the fish to serve
