Thai Noodles
1. In a small bowl mix: 1 TSP soy sauce, 1 TSP rice wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp tumeric, 1 tsp crushed chilli, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin and 1tsp garlic powder. Add pinch of sugar and salt.
2. Scramble 2 eggs, set aside
3. Saute 1 small onion for 3 minutes then add 2 chopped garlic, 1/4 lbs chicken, 1 sliced carrot, 1/2 sliced red pepper. For 5 minutes.
4. Add soy mixture to the pan, cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add boiled rice noodles to the mix.
