Instructions

Step 1
Season & Marinate the chicken with the listed spices and seasonings

Using a large skillet render down the bacon, over medium heat

Once the bacon is crispy remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the pan

increase heat to medium high; sear and cook the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temp 165 degrees.

Remove the chicken and set aside. once cool shred the chicken apart with fork, set aside while we make the buffalo sauce

Using a sauce pan on low heat add the butter and hot sauce; Slow stir until the butter has melted and is fully mix with the hot sauce. turn off heat. set aside for later

Going back to the skillet we cook the chicken in ( medium heat). add the diced onions and sauté for a few minutes before adding the garlic.

Add the butter, allow it to melt before adding the shredded chicken

Add the minced jalapeno, green onions, cream cheese, sour cream and cheese. mix until well incorporated.

Add the buffalo sauce and mix it through thoroughly. Add the leftover cheese on top, bake on 350 until the cheese melts.

While baking the buffalo chicken dip, heat up the oil to fry your tortilla chips. fry them until golden brown and set aside on rack or paper towels to cool.

Once the cheese melts, garnish with the listed ingredients. allow to cool for 7-10m minutes. dig in with your chips and enjoy!
