Step 1
Salt your water and cook macaroni for a few extra minutes than usual. Drain the pasta, then add apple cider vinegar and grated carrots and grated onions. Set that aside, and make the dressing. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt and black pepper. Whisk that all together, taste and adjust to your liking. Then pour it over the macaroni and mix it throughly. Refrigerate this for about 2 hours before serving.
