2 ¾ cupsall purpose flour
2 sticksbutter
softened
2eggs
1 tspbaking soda
¾ cuplight brown sugar
packed
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspcorn starch
1 cupgranulated sugar
1 tspsalt
1 Tbspvanilla extract
1 cupwhite chocolate chips

Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and vanill extract when combined
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and corn starch
Step 3
Mix dry ingredients into wet. Mix in white chocolate chips once combined
Step 4
Chill dough for at least 30 min. Preheat oven to 350° F 30 min before you're ready to bake
Step 5
Bake cookies for 10 min. Let rest on pan for at least 5 minutes.
Step 6
While resting on pan, sprinkle with cinnadust (cinnamon sugar), then press extra white chocolate chips, and cinnamon toast crunch into the cookies
Step 7
Transfer to a cooling rack once cookies have set a little bit on the pan
