Ingredients
12 servings
3 lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 1” chunks
½ cupcornstarch
6 ozgreen beans
½ cupjasmine rice
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the chicken and corn starch together until all of the pieces are coated.
Step 3
Heat your griddle to medium high. 4. Add a couple tablespoons of oil to the griddle, then add your chicken. Cook the chicken until the outside turns golden brown.
Step 4
When the chicken mixture is 90% done, pour half of your sauce mixture over it and toss the chicken around with a metal spatula to coat all the chicken with sauce. Pour the rest of your sauce on the chicken and continue moving chicken around.
Step 5
When your sauce is thickened (1-2 minutes), remove from heat & serve with rice
