Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl







Step 2
Add all of the olive oil and half the water to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix in the dry ingredients about 1/3 at a time add about 1/2 the remaining water with each addition of dry ingredients until the flour is hydrated it should be sticky but not gooey. You may not need to add all the water or you may need a bit more depending on the humidity in your kitchen.







Step 3
Once the dough is mixed allow it to rest for 20 to 30 minutes, covered in the mixing bowl
Step 4
After the rest put the bowl on the stand mixer with a dough hook and knead for 5-6 minutes

Step 5
After kneading form the dough into a ball and place in a oiled mixing bowl allow to rise for 2 hours or until at least doubled in size.
