Ingredients
6 servings

3boneless skinless chicken breasts
shredded

1 tspchicken seasoning
or 1 cube chicken bouillon

¼ cupwater

6lasagna noodles
“Oven Ready”, I use, brand

4 cupsno sugar added pasta sauce
or zero point marinara sauce

5 ozfat free mozzarella
or light

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

8 ozlight cream cheese
softened

1egg

½ cupnonfat greek yogurt
or plain

parsley
for garnish

2 x 14 ozcan no salt added diced tomatoes
100% Natural

3cloves of garlic

2 Tbspbasil

2 Tbsporegano

2 Tbspdried onions
minced, or diced fresh onion

1 Tbspparsley

1 Tbspkosher salt
Instructions
Step 1
In a crockpot add chicken breasts, bullion cube and water. Cook on low for 4 hours or until fully cooked. Shred chicken.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, chicken, softened cream cheese, egg, Greek yogurt, Italian Seasoning, and 3 oz of the light mozzarella. Mix well.
Step 4
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on bottom of baking dish.
Step 5
Cover with 1/2 of the chicken mixture; top with 3 lasagna noodles. Repeat layer.
Step 6
Spread remaining sauce over the top of the lasagna, sprinkle 2 oz of mozzarella cheese on top of sauce and sprinkle parsley over the on top.
Step 7
Cook uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
Step 8
Makes 6 ( 1/6th of a 9×13 dish) servings
