2chicken breasts
Balsamic vinegar

Honey
Cherry tomatoes
or sliced
Mozerella cheese

1 tablespoonsolive oil
1onion
finely chopped
1 clovesgarlic
finely minced
1tomatoes in puree
chopped
2 tablespoonstomato paste
1 teaspoonmixed herbs

Instructions
Step 1
Cut and season the Chicken: To make a pocket in the chicken, use a sharp knife and carefully cut through the thickest part of the chicken breast. Make about 5 slits in each piece of chicken. Do not cut all the way through. Season
Step 2
Slice the veggies: Using a sharp knife, slice the fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Set aside.
Step 3
Cook: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes (depending on the size of your chicken breasts). You don’t need to flip halfway through. If you have a meat thermometer, use it to check the chicken's internal temperature. Once it reaches 165°F, it's ready to be taken out of the air fryer.

Pasta: cook pasta of choice, we also make up our own pasta sauce : 1 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped 1 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 chopped tomatoes in puree
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon mixed herbs 1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt Fresh black pepper

Serve: Garnish with some fresh basil and balsamic dressing, serve warm. Add pasta and sauce to finish.
