Today, I'm bringing you my spicy, juicy, and oh-so-yummy Indian Style Chicken Meatballs! I mean, who doesn't love a good meatball, right? Especially when it comes infused with flavours from the heart of India! 🌶️🐔

Instructions

Step 1
Making these is as easy as pie! Simply pop all your ingredients into your food processor and pulse it until it’s all nicely combined into a paste-like consistency. But remember, don’t overdo it! We're not making smoothies here. 🙈
Step 2
Roll about 2 tbsp of your mix into a ball until all your mix is done and you've got your little army of flavour bombs ready to be cooked! 😎
Step 3
I cooked mine in my air fryer for 10 minutes at 200C, but you've got options too! You can pan fry them on medium heat until they're golden brown or bake them in your oven at 220C for about 20 mins. Flexibility is the key here, friends!
