Instructions

Step 1
In a pan pour some oil and sliced onions. Fry these onions until they turn mixed in color therefore golden and red mixed .. make sure keep stirring we don’t want to burn them.
Step 2
Add chicken along with g/g paste , tomato finely chopped or blended. Cook for another 6-9 minutes on high flame until chicken changes it’s colour.
Step 3
Reduce the flame once chicken turns golden. Add @shanfoodsglobal karahi masala , red chilli flakes , black pepper , cumin , hot sauce and barbecue sauce.give a good mix and cook on medium flame for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Add some water if needed.
Step 5
Once the chicken is cooked add lemon juice and mix well , finally add green chillies and julienned ginger for garnish..
