Ingredients

500gSpinach
pepper
to taste
400gFeta cheese
reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
250gRicotta cheese
80gGreen scallions
chopped
Dill
chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and chop spinach finely.
Step 2
Add the chopped spinach in a large bowl.
Step 3
Finely chopped the green part of spring onions and dill. Transfer to the bowl.
Step 4
Crumble in the feta cheese and add in.
Step 5
Add ricotta cheese and salt & pepper . Mix to combine everything.
Step 6
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, melted butter and olive oil together. Set aside.
Step 7
Unwrap your filo pastry and lay a single sheet. Brush the prepared liquid
Step 8
Place another sheet on top and repeat with liquid mixture.
Step 9
Spoon the pressure filling across the long edge.
Step 10
Carefully lift the edge and seal the filling with pastry. Continue to roll in a log shape and twist into circle like a spiral.
Step 11
Place spiral on a baking sheet.
Step 12
Repeat for the rest.
Step 13
Once your borek are all ready.
Step 14
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 c until golden brown.
Step 15
Take it out and serve. Enjoy!
