Instructions

Dough

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and knead to form a soft dough
Step 2
Set aside to rise for 1 hours.

Filling

Step 3
Sauté onions and garlic in oil until translucent.
Step 4
Divide dough into four parts, Roll out each part into ¼-inch thick circles. Spread sautéed onion in center of each circle and cut into wedges. Roll up. Spread onto lined cookie sheet, spread apart.
Step 5
Brush with eggs and sprinkle with desired topping
Step 6
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until golden.
