Instructions
Step 1
Heat your griddle over a medium flame, add sesame oil.
Step 2
Crack both eggs directly on to griddle and cook slightly, once cooked chop up with spatula to small pieces.
Step 3
Add your rice and onion to the griddle and cook until onions begin to brown. Add garlic then mix rice, eggs and onions in with the garlic.
Step 4
If adding veggies- add your veggies to griddle and cook until softened, mix in with rest of rice mixture.
Step 5
Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and water chestnuts (if using) to the rice mixture and mix well.
Step 6
Continue to cook rice until desired crispness is reached, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
