Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 and put baking sheets on a tray
Place chicken thighs between two pieces non stick paper and bash with rolling pin until thickened
Spread cream cheese on half of each piece
Season
Fold in half to cover cream cheese and press edges to seal
Cover both sides with sesame seeds
Fry 2 mins on each side and roast in oven 25 mins
Serve with salad
