For the dough

7 gramsdry yeast
1 Tbspsugar
200 gramssour cream

4 Tbspbutter

For the filling

Step 1
Add half of the warm milk to a cup with sugar and yeast stir and set aside for 5 minutes to foam up

Step 2
In a bowl whisk egg sour cream salt the remaining warm milk and melted butter then add the yeast mixture mix and add the flour. Knead until it’s a soft dough then grease the bowl form the dough into a ball and cover with a damp tea towel and let it process for about an hour in a warm place

In another bowl add all the ingredients for the filling then mix them together

Step 4
Punch down the dough divide into two then roll them both out thin into large rectangular shapes that should fill an oven baking tray. Place one side on a lined tray cover with the filling leaving a border then put the top on and pinch together . Make a few slits with a knife then brush with egg wash and bake at 190 c 380 f for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and enjoy .
