Instructions

Step 1
Place the onion, potatoes and chicken in the pan. Season. Place in oven to cook for 10 mins. Mix the spices and double the volume with water.
Step 2
Add the spice mix to the pan and stir to combine. Cook further 10 mins.
Step 3
Add the sweetcorn & beans to the pan and stir to combine. Cook further 10 mins.
Step 4
Add the fresh coriander and parsley leaves. Serve.
