One Pan Chicken Teriyaki and Rice

This chicken teriyaki and rice is perfect when topped with some yum yum sauce!

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan add ground chicken. Once it’s cooked through remove and set aside.
Step 2
To the same pan add in zucchini. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Stir in rice, butter, and seasonings. Once the butter is melted stir in the soy sauce.
Step 4
Move the rice to one side of the pan and use the other half to scramble both eggs. Mix the eggs with the rice mixture when they are finished cooking.
Step 5
Stir in ground chicken and teriyaki sauce.
Step 6
Top with yum yum sauce if desired.
