Instructions
Step 1
Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil and garlic in a fry pan and cook chicken over medium heat for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3
Reduce the heat, pour the sauce into the pan cook for 1-2 mins until sauce thickens and chicken is caramelised.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the pan and slice. Add to a bowl with rice and veggies.
Step 5
Pour the remaining sauce over and serve.
Step 6
*If you want to thicken the remaining sauce, mix corn starch with a splash of water in a bowl until smooth then mix it.
