Step 1
Beat the eggs in a large glass bowl

Add the uncooked ground beef and combine

Add the garlic, minced onion, basil, salt, and combine

Add the pecorino romano grated cheese, breadcrumbs, and bread pieces into the mix. If too dry - add another egg. If too moist - add some more breadcrumbs.

Cover a baking sheet with non-stick foil or parchment paper. Mold mixture into 12 medium sized balls and space out evenly on the tray.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 mins. Tops should be brown, but bottoms should not be browned. High rack recommended.
Step 7
Fill a pot with 16 oz tomato sauce. Transfer meatballs to the sauce and simmer for about 20-30 mins.
