1 litrechicken stock

1 Tbsppowdered gelatine

500gd soup vegetables
dice, or DIY with carrot, celery and onion, ๐ฅ
1 Tbspginger ๐ง
crushed
- 24 dumplings of your choice ๐ฅ
400ghokkien noodles

Fresh basil
coriander
mint
Chilli

Instructions
Step 1
1๏ธโฃ In a large pot, mix together the chicken stock, star anise, cinnamon, fish sauce, gelatine (if using) and veggies. Get it boiling and then turn down the heat to low, cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. #StoveTopMagic
Step 2
2๏ธโฃ Now, add in that flavorful crushed ginger and those yummy dumplings. Follow the dumpling package instructions for cooking times - they usually need about 10 minutes if frozen. #DumplingDelight

3๏ธโฃ While those dumplings are cooking up, heat your noodles in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and divide them amongst your 4 bowls. #NoodleNirvana

4๏ธโฃ Finally, pour the soup and dumplings over the noodles, top it off with heaps of fresh herbs and a kick of chilli if you like it hot. ๐ฒ๐ฅ
