Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles according to directions reserving seasoning packet.
Step 2
Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat, and adding garlic, soy sauce, reserved ramen seasoning, brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
Step 3
Stir fry the sauce mixture until fragrant.
Step 4
Add drained noodles green onions to sauce mixture combine until everything is coated.
Step 5
Finally add about one tbls kewpie mayonnaise, just enough to add creaminess, to noodles and toss to coat.
Step 6
Plate and top with optional sesame seed, raw egg, and diced, cooked, meat.
