Step 1
Put everything except the chicken, oatmeal and cornstarch into the pressure cooker. Mix with an immersion blender. Add chicken
Step 2
Pressure cook for 12 minutes for frozen chicken and 3 minutes for thawed chicken.
Step 3
Cut up/shred the chicken.
Step 4
Add the Parmesan
Step 5
Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (mixed into a small cup of cold water)
Step 6
For the broccoli: Spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Microwave for five minutes
