Ingredients

onion
lamb mince
salt
pepper
paprika
curry powder
Garmen masala powder
garlic
ginger
cumin seeds
worcester sauce
tomato ketchup
2chillies
peas
Short crust pastry
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onions till brown. Add mince and cook till brown. Add spices to taste. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce near the end as required flavouring. Simmer till all the liquid has evaporated. The more you cook it the better. Keep tasting. Add peas and chilli's once meat has cooled. Whilst it cooks, make the pastry. Use a mixer ideally. Then put it in cling film and put in the fridge for over 20mins.
