The Dressing/Seasoning!
Instructions
Step 1
Chopped your lettuce, cube your tomatoes, and slice your cucumber.
Make sure to wash them all. If you would like, you can just peel the skin of the cucumber, however, that is not what I did.
Step 2
slice and/or chop your pitted Kalamata olives, and toss all of your so-far-cut ingredients into a salad bowl.
In the meantime, drain and rinse your chickpeas, and just drain your beets.
Step 3
Chop half an onion, or slice.
Step 4
Add in your chickpeas and beets.
I, originally, left the beets as their own separate salad, however, this salad is delicious with beets in the main salad as well!
Step 5
Add in your oil, vinegar, and seasonings, then toss your salad, serve, and enjoy!
