Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat milk, two egg yolks, corn starch, and sugar in a pot while mixing well.
Step 2
2. When (1) is thickened, add the sliced cheese.
Step 3
3. Pour (2) into a container and cover with a food wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours untill solid.
Step 4
4. Remove the pudding (3) from the container. Slice into smaller pieces.
Step 5
5. Place them (4) on a baking tray. Brush egg wash on each slice. Bake in the oven (180°C/ 356°F) for 20 minutes.

6. Enjoy!
