Instructions
Step 1
Mix chopped chicken with turmeric and salt. Fry it 70% cooked
Step 2
Stir fry garlic till brown, add cinnamon stick and onion. Fry till brown. Add curry leaves.
Step 3
Mix curry powder with water, pour in pan. Add cut chilli. Stir fry till brown.
Step 4
Add all the sauces. Add just thickness with water.
Step 5
Add fried chicken, msg, salt, sugar to taste
