Step 1
Peel potatoes. Evenly chop. Boil until a fork can easily split them.
Step 2
Cook ground lamb in frying pan. Drain. Add onion, garlic, rosemary.
Step 3
Mash. Add milk and/or chicken stock.
Step 4
Microwave corn and peas 3 minutes.
Step 5
Put meat in Corning Ware high sided dish. Then peas and corn. Top with potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until potatoes are brown.
