Instructions
Step 1
In pre boiled water boil 3 lemons for 6-8 minutes
Step 2
Squeeze 3 lemons into a cup
Step 3
Drain the pan, top and tail the lemons and leave to cool.
Step 4
Chop the 3 cooked lemons into small pieces
Step 5
Add the oil to the pan and when hot add the garlic salt and chilli and cook for 1 minute
Step 6
Add the chopped lemons and stir for 2 minutes
Step 7
Add the lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes
Step 8
Leave to cool and bottle in sterilised dry bottle
