Slow cooker ramen
Slow cooker ramen! Easy weeknight meal. Use meat of choice or tofu would probably work! If you don’t have low sodium soy sauce use a bit less.

Step 1
Chop raw veggies & meat and add to slow cooker with liquids. Set to cook on low for 4 hours, add any frozen veggies after 2 hours. When 20 minutes remain, submerge ramen bricks (DO NOT add seasoning packets). After 20 minutes stir and serve, optionally with sriracha and green onions.
