Step 1
Pre-Heat oven to 350 F
OvenPreheat

In a large bowl, add all wet ingredients under “For the Meatloaf” including the lean ground beef.

ketchup1 Tbsp
honey mustard1 Tbsp
Step 3
Mix ingredients well, than top with remaining dry ingredients. Mix well again. Set aside.

In another small bowl, mix together items listed “for the topping” . Set aside with cooking brush.

Step 5
Taking a muffin pan, lightly coat the inside with cooking oil of your choosing. Once coated begin spooning in meatloaf mixture, being sure to fill and pack down.

You will approximately create 7 individual meatloaf “muffins”. You can now coat the tops with previously made topping.
Step 7
Once each meatloaf is coated, place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from oven after 30min, coat with topping one more time. Let cool. Serve and enjoy!
