Step 1
First peel and quarter the onions and add them into the food processor with the garlic tomato paste and Passata. Blend until smooth . .

Add ground meat I actually used a beef and pork mix but use whatever one you like . Then add succuc which is the smoked meat or you can add chorizo then add salt pepper red pepper flakes smoked paprika chopped parsley and blend pulsing until the mixture is like a paste

Step 3
If you have a pizza stone heat it in the oven at 200 c 400 f fan setting or fan and grill setting then get a durum spread a thin layer of the meat all over then put it on the pizza stone and cook a few minutes until the top gets some color and the base is crispy . If you don’t have a pizza stone cook on medium heat in an oven proof pan to get color on the bottom then put in the oven for a few more minutes to cook the top
