Instructions
Preparing spinach mix
Step 1
Wash and chop the spinach and onions
Step 2
Put the chopped spinach along with 4 green chillies, 4 cloves , 2 cardamoms, a small piece of cinnamon, salt, little sugar into the grinder
Step 3
Add little water and grind it well until it turns out into a fine paste
Step 4
Take pan and add some oil
Step 5
Add onions , one red chilli and ginger garlic paste
Step 6
Wait till onions turn golden brown
Step 7
Add the grinded spinach mix and cook it for 5 mins
Step 8
Add the leftover/cooked rice
Step 9
Add salt if required
Step 10
Serve it HOT!
