This is an easy and delicious dish that’s great hot. AND, I think I like it even better cold the next day! So make yourself enough to have leftovers (the recipe doubles beautifully.) Adding sautéed prawns to the dish is an excellent variation too!

Instructions

Step 1
Cook egg noodles according to package directions
Step 2
Mix chili oil, soy sauce, black or rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and sliced scallions to make sauce. Control the level of heat by increasing or reducing the amount of chili oil used.
Step 3
Mix noodles and sauce together
Step 4
Top with black sesame seeds and sliced scallions, and enjoy!
