Ingredients

2 teaspoonsGinger paste
5 teaspoonsGarlic
diced
1tin of Bamboo shoots
3Sweet Red peppers
15meatballs
Any kind
6mushrooms
½ cupSoy sauce
4 tablespoonshoney
2 tablespoonsOyster sauce
or Hoisin or sweet chilli, depending on preference
2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
4 packetsinstant noodles
Chilli
optional
3 teaspoonsChinese five spice
3spring onions
sliced optional
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the meatballs in sesame or coconut oil preferably, but any will do, for about 5 mins, add peppers and bamboo shoots, cook for another 5 mins approx.
Step 2
Make the sauce by mixing oil, oyster(or sauce of choice), garlic, ginger, soy and rice vinegar.
Step 3
Add sauce to the meatballs and veg, and mix
Step 4
Put noodles in warm water to soften, drain and add to the rest. Stir and serve.
