It's not summer until we have this salad. Some people might call it corn salsa.

Instructions
Step 1
Add all canned and cut vegetables to a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Add sugar to Balsamic Vinigar in a separate container. Slowly, whisk in Olive oil until combined.
Step 3
Pour over vegetables. Taste and adjust for salt pepper. Chill and serve with corn chips.

Makes twelve 1/2 cup serving size
