One Pot Spinach Tortellini

Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, begin browning your turkey
Step 2
Dice half the white onion and add it to the skillet. Season and cook until the turkey is done and the onion is translucent
Step 3
While that cooks, chop the spinach
Step 4
When the turkey is done, add the spinach and undrained can of diced tomatoes. Mix well
Step 5
Add the uncooked tortellini and milk. Stir well
Step 6
Top with cheese. Turn the heat to low, cover, cook for 10 minutes
Step 7
After 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
