This is a copy cat recipe of my favorite Chinese style garlic broccoli chicken . It’s healthy delicious very quick to make and you can serve anything with it like rice or noodles .

Step 1
Thinly slice three chicken breasts then put in a large bowl with 1 tbsp cornstarch and one egg. Massage with your hands for a minute then put in the fridge for a few minutes

To another bowl add 1 cup of vegetable broth soy sauce honey garlic ginger and white pepper and mix to combine

Step 3
Stir fry the chicken in a little wok oil or neutral oil until golden and cooked then remove the chicken and Put it in a bowl and set it aside .

Chop the broccoli into bite size pieces then toast on a hot pan with a little oil for one minute . This will slightly char the edges and give a great flavor . Now turn the heat down to medium and stir the broccoli then add the sauce . Bring to a boil then simmer 4 minutes and add back in the chicken . Cook a few minutes
Step 5
Add 2 tbsp cornstarch to two tbsp water mix together then add to the chicken and broccoli. Let it cook until it thickens then serve immediately with your favorite noodles or rice and enjoy
