Ingredients
2 servings
2 ½ Tbspreduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbspdark brown sugar
1 ½ Tbsptoasted sesame oil
1 TbspGochujang Sauce
1 Tbspminced garlic
¼ tspground black pepper
1 lbsboneless skinless chicken breast
thinly sliced
1 cupwhite rice
uncooked
cooking spray
1 tsptoasted sesame seeds
English cucumber
to garnish
Green onion
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large ziplock bag or medium bowl with lid. Place 2 Tbsp mixture in a small bowl and set aside. Add chicken slices to remaining sauce mixture and seal. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Cook rice according to package directions.
Step 3
Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Heat grill over medium-high and spray with grill/high-heat cooking spray. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until done. Sprinkle sesame seeds over chicken. Top serving of rice with chicken; add cucumber and green onion for flavor.
