Step 1
1. Cook ziti or elbows per package directions. In 3 quart sauce pan combine milk, corn starch, salt, mustard and pepper. Add margarine. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat: boil one minute. Remove from heat.

2. Reserve 1/4 cup cheese for topping. Stir in remaining cheese into sauce until smooth; stir in Ready Cut and salsa. Turn into 2 quart casserole; sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Step 3
3. Bake in 375° oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
