Step 1
Add water bouillon and pasta to the instant pot and cook on high for 5 minutes then quick release. Open cover to release steam briefly then re-cover and let it sit for 10 minutes for pasta to soak up liquid. Mix in cream cheese, then sharp cheddar, then shredded cheese (I used marble but use what you have) one handful at a time, mixing in between so it doesn’t clump. Add seasonings and mustard, stir, serve.
